Conclusions from the meeting

• remove the "affiliation with VC" bullet point from the intro template and simply ask for profession

• make clear that we want no start-up scouting, no job postings, and no recruiting

• we stay an open community so no special roles for VCs (see above)

• we will introduce a gated builders role and the BUILDING category will only be accessible to builders

• the intro upvote limit gets increased to 4

• users will get removed one week after joining if they didn't earn the Member role by then

• I will update the❓-how-to description

• we are looking for someone to come up with a thread policy to keep the server organized. Any volunteers?

• only members should be able to see the full list of all members

• we will use the internal section of @Matthias Heinrich Morales notion to document our decision, proposal, etc.
