Meeting Background

We have a first project we are planning to do with PretzelDAO. In order to properly invoice we need a legal entity.

Setting up a legal entity is a lot of work and responsibility and only makes sense if we want to build the DAO further.

In this call, we discuss different ways of providing value as PretzelDAO + what commitment of the core members we have + whether it makes sense to incorporate the DAO.

Agenda

1. Review Vision:

   We are Web3 Family born in Munich, DaoHoam in the Web3. Our mission is to put Munich as a Web3 Hub on the map and beyond (metaverse). We do this by

   • connecting people from all backgrounds and create a shared space to exchange ideas and developments related to Web3
   • enabling newcomers interested in Web3 to embark on their journey by creating educational content and foster exchange
     • Should not be a core focus, DAO should focus on Monitisation
   • immersing ourselves fully in the Web3 space by conducting projects such as protocol grants and consulting work
   • engaging with the global web3 community for example by visiting international conferences and participating in hackathons

2. Commitments

   1. In order to provide value we need people to do the work. E.g. consulting. Who would be willing to work for PretzelDAO in what timeframe how many hours per week?
      1. Supplement contains a first brainstorm of potential ways we can generate value and bring funding to the DAO.

3. What would be reasonable to expect?

4. Our setup

   1. If only a minority wants to make any commitments, maybe being a simple community is best instead of a DAO
   2. If we have more people committed we need to start forming guilds and give clear responsibilities: E.g.
      1. consulting guild
      2. implementation guild
      3. growth guild (marketing, branding, outreach)
      4. partnerships

Outcome Goal

• Do we have enough people interested in doing revenue-generating project work for the DAO, being partly paid in fiat and PRTZL Tokens?
• Who would be willing to work on Marketing/ Sales material and try to get projects on board?
• Do we want to do this and be a DAO or perhaps scale back and just be a community?
